Accepted payment methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.
The payment options displayed may vary slightly depending on your device and browser. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Currency
Our store’s base currency is USD. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and at checkout. Any taxes or delivery charges collected by the store are displayed before payment.
Transaction security
Transactions are processed securely through Shopify checkout and the payment provider you select. Checkout uses encrypted connections and payment providers follow the applicable payment-card security standards. Do not send your card details through our contact form.
When is payment taken?
Payment is taken when you place your order. Your order will only be processed and shipped after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Payment issues
If you experience a problem during checkout, such as a declined card or a failed transaction, try the following:
- Check that your card or account details are entered correctly.
- Make sure your card has not expired and has sufficient funds.
- Contact your bank or card provider, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
- Try an alternative payment method available at checkout.
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, please do not place the order again. Contact us with your name and the email address used at checkout so we can check the payment status. If a duplicate charge occurred, we will refund the extra payment within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. After we approve a refund, it typically takes up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Your bank may need an additional 1 to 3 business days to make the funds visible on your statement. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
