1. Using our store

These terms apply when you browse Roy Scott or purchase products from us, together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies. You must be legally able to enter into a contract, or use the store with permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.

2. Accounts and information

Provide accurate order and contact information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

3. Products and availability

Products are subject to availability. Images illustrate the products; screen settings can affect colour appearance. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative with your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices and currency are shown on the store and at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges collected by the store are displayed before payment. Payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

5. Orders and cancellation

Contact us within 12 hours of placing an order to request a change or cancellation. This is only possible before the order has been processed or dispatched. We may decline an order because of product unavailability, a payment issue or suspected fraud; any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times are estimates. Read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Change-of-mind return requests may be made within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the stated conditions.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false information, or infringe the rights of others. Store content belongs to Roy Scott or its licensors and must not be reused without permission except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party services

Checkout, payment and tracking may be provided by third parties. Their relevant terms and privacy information apply to those services. Links to other websites do not imply that we control their content.

9. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us for an appropriate remedy.
